Ocala 2015
Stella Cadente was a rock star! She won the $7,500 M&S/Tuff Rider-Equine Couture Children's Jumper Classic! So proud of her! Definitely earned her sweet pickles today. Thank you Paula Frohring and Kaleiscope Farm. She's an incredible horse with so much personality. Huh made his debut in the competitive world at Ocala this year. What a terrific beginning! He brought home a reserve championship in the hunter division. He won three of his first four handy hunter classes. Not a bad start for the new kid.Big thank you to Cassie for her wonderful coaching and to my friend, Karl, for [...]

USHJA Outstanding Stable Manager & Sportsmanship Award at Nat’l EAP
Many, many thanks to USHJA and the wonderful group of people and sponsors who've made the EAP program such an exceptional program for the development of future professionals in the horse world. It is one of the very best experiences I've ever been a part of. The quality of everyone involved and the education and guidance they provided was amazing. Thank you for letting me be a part of it and for the Outstanding Stable Manager & Sportsmanship Award.
USEF Reserve National Junior Sportmans Award
I want to thank USEF for honoring me with the USEF Reserve National Junior Sportsman Award for 2014. Having grown up on a horse farm, I've been blessed to be involved with every aspect of horse care and training. It is so rewarding to work with the young ones and watch them develop into a jumper, hunter, or maybe even a bridleless performance horse. It's equally rewarding to be able to share all this with others. Learning is a life long commitment for me as is paying it forward.Your grant will help me towards achieving both these goals. Thank you [...]
USHJA National Junior Sportsman Award
What an incredible evening! What an honor to receive the Junior sportsman Award! USHJA has become such a significant part of my life. The organization has made possible so many opportunities for me to develop as a rider and horseman. Its programs like "Living The Dream", EAP, grants, clinics, and, especially, access to top level professionals have helped so many young riders, like me, to significantly improve our skills and knowledge. Thank you for the Sportsman Award and most of all, for everything you do to make this sport the best it can be now and in the future. I hope [...]
Fateful rides to Tricolor in first Junior Hunter competition
We took three horses this weekend to Swan Lake. Five year old Jenga jumped around the low jumpers like a champ. The Big Boy was wonderful, as he rode to a third place finish in the Junior Jumper Classic under lights and in the cold. And the little black filly owned by Barry Berman of California was awesome in her first ride in the 3'3" Junior Hunters. She rode to 2 blues and a reserve champion at her first show in the Juniors. She is an awesome little filly that is wonderful to ride. Thank you to Snowden Clarke for [...]
George Morris Clinic
Oct 10-12 I love riding in a George Morris clinic. I always come away feeling as though he's helped me take my riding to a higher level. He's absolutely one of the best in this sport.
