July 22 - 28 What a great group of girls came to camp. They were like a group of sponges wanting to learn everything they could to improve their riding skills and learn new things, like trick training, as well.Some of them even got up two hours early every day to help work out our competition horses before the activities began for the day. Hoosier Horse Fair
April 13-15, 2012 On the road again! My little troop of ponies and horses just finished a weekend at the Hoosier's Horse fair.It's quite a large complex of show grounds there. They are completely rebuilding their arena so the expo performances were held instead in one of their exhibition halls. I was the youngest clinician and performer there. PATH Conference – Keynote Speaker
I was truly honored to be asked to be the keynote speaker at the PATH conference held in MD this year.It's a nationwide organization whose members run therapeutic riding programs throughout the United States. This wonderful group of people work with all ages and all kinds of disabilities in an equine setting. They wanted me to talk about my own experience with my arm and give some insight as to how I deal with things. Winter Equestrian Festival (video)
We are currently at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL. We arrived on February 3 and will be in Florida until end of season. I am here as a working student for Louise Serio. LaSanta and Valido made the trip to Florida with me. I rode my very first jumper classe ever on Valido. He was second in our very first jumper classic together. We missed the win by .2 seconds.
